Making Changes to a Custom Email Template
- From the left navigation pane, click System.

From the top navigation bar, click Services. You can also click Features on the top navigation bar and click Services in the System Menu section.
All the current available services are listed on the External Services page.

Click Edit on an existing SMTP Gateway Service tile.
The Edit External Service page displays.
- Click Edit on an existing custom template tile.
- Make your changes to the custom template as needed.
- Click Apply.
- Click Update on the Edit External Service page.
