Adding a Safety Briefing System Service

Safety briefing systems involve training or inducing personnel to site-specific safety protocols following designated workflow before they are allowed to enter the premises.

To integrate with a safety briefing system, add an external service to include the address details of the system.

1. From the left navigation pane, click System.

2. From the top navigation bar, click Services. You can also click Features on the top navigation bar and click Services in the System Menu section.

   All the current available services are listed on the External Services page.

3. Click Add Service.

4. Complete the details.

   Field	Description
   Service Type	Select Safety Briefing System from the drop-down list.
   Name	Enter a unique name for this service.
   Description	Enter more details about the service.
   Organization	The default organization is Global. To choose a different organization, click x to remove the default, then find and select a different organization.
   Details
   Address	Enter the URL to use and the endpoint to connect to.
   User Property Mappings
   Passport	Select an option from the drop-down list.
   Identity Card	Select an option from the drop-down list.
   Company Name	Select an option from the drop-down list.

5. Click Create.
