Adding a Report Server Service

To generate scheduled reports, you must first add a report server as an external service.

  1. From the left navigation pane, click System.
  2. From the top navigation bar, click Services. You can also click Features on the top navigation bar and click Services in the System Menu section.

    All the current available services are listed on the External Services page.

  3. Click Add Service.
  4. Complete the details.

    Description

    Service Type

    Select Report Server from the drop-down list.

    Name

    Enter a unique name for this service.

    Description

    Enter more details about the service.

    Organization

    The default organization is Global.

    To choose a different organization, click x to remove the default, then find and select a different organization.

  5. Click Create.
