Adding a VIGIL CLOUD Service

To integrate Sonitrol CORE with VIGIL CLOUD, you must first add an external service.

 

 

1. From the left navigation pane, click System.

2. From the top navigation bar, click Services. You can also click Features on the top navigation bar and click Services in the System Menu section.

   All the current available services are listed on the External Services page.

3. Click Add Service.

4. Complete the details.

   Field	Description
   Service Type	Select Vigil Cloud Service from the drop-down list.
   Name	Enter a unique name for this service.
   Description	Enter more details about the service.
   Organization	The default organization is Global. To choose a different organization, click x to remove the default, then find and select your organization.
   Base URL	Enter the URL of the VIGIL CLOUD API Server.
   API Token	The security API token is generated and provided by VIGIL CLOUD. Copy the provided token into this field.

5. Click Create.
