Wiring

Connect the PowerG host directly to the S1000 Controller's RS485 bus, either PL4-PL5 or PL5-PL6 using standard connections.

Warning: The PowerG host does not provide reverse polarity protection. You must ensure that the voltage connection polarity is correct before powering up the PowerG host to avoid damaging any equipment.

PL4 and PL5 connection

Wiring the PowerG modem to S1000 using the isolated RS485 bus.

PL5 and PL6 connection

Wiring the PowerG modem to the S1000 using the non-isolated RS485 bus.
