AXIS Integration

Sonitrol CORE and the S1000 Controller integrate with all models of AXIS cameras that support TCP event notification and VAPIX API.

Any AXIS camera can be mapped to a S1000 Controller virtual input to trigger S1000 events. In addition, the S1000 can send output activations to the AXIS camera mapped to the AXIS virtual input to trigger camera local actions such as moving to a preset position.

2 AXIS camera models have been tested and found compatible with the S1000 Controller and Sonitrol CORE:

  • AXIS P1455-LE Network Camera - AXIS ALPR and motion detection
  • AXIS M3065-V Network Camera - people counting and motion detection.

Other AXIS camera models may be compatible, but have not been tested. Contact Sonitrol Support for more information.
