Duress
Duress alerts can be sent discretely using the Alarm Keypad. To send a duress alert, add one to the last digit of your PIN during log in.
Example:
If your PIN is 2121, the duress PIN is 2122.
If your PIN is 11279, the duress PIN is 11270.
Note: A duress alert is not generated if the duress PIN is the same as another existing user PIN.
Example:
If user A's PIN is 2121 and user B's PIN is 2122, the duress alert is not activated for user A.
If the normal user PIN is 11279 and the engineer user PIN is 11270, the duress alert is not activated for the normal user.
