Error

Solution

The Alarm Keypad has no power or the display is blank.

Check if there is power to the keypad.

The Alarm Keypad display shows as offline.

  • Check if the baud rate is set correctly.
  • Check if the address is set and matches the configured address.
  • Check if the wires data + and data - are the connected correctly.
  • Check if the shield wire is correctly connected.

The Alarm Keypad remains in tamper alarm.

Check if the keypad has been correctly installed.

The Alarm Keypad keys do not work.

The Alarm Keypad may be faulty.
