Making Bulk Changes to Users

You may want to make a number of the same changes to multiple users at the same time. Making bulk changes saves time and reduces errors if you have to do the same changes a number of times.

Example:
A working group is visiting Premises A for 3 weeks. Their time at Premises A is extended for another week. You are able to change the end date and time of the working group's access to Premises A by bulk editing.
  1. Click Users on the left navigation pane.
  2. Make sure that the Users tab is selected.
  3. Make sure that you select the list view.
  4. Find and select the users you wish to make changes to.

Select the check box at the beginning of each user row in the list.

  5. Click Edit In Bulk.
  6. On the Edit In Bulk dialog box, expand the sections that you wish to change for all the selected users and define new values.

    1. Add or change the time period that the users are active in the Add Validity section.
    2. Add a Access Role, Operator Role or Callout Role in the Add Role section.
    3. Delete a specific role or all roles in the Remove Role section.
    4. Make changes to their details in the Edit Custom Property section.
  7. Click Done.
