Deleting a User
Deleting a user is a permanent action and cannot be undone. The super administrator cannot be deleted.
When a user is deleted, all assigned roles are removed and all assigned credentials are removed.
All information related to the user, for example, details and any images, are deleted once the user is deleted to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Click Users on the left navigation pane.
- Make sure that the Users tab is selected.
- Make sure that you select the tile view.
- Find the user who's profile you wish to delete.
- Click the user's tile to go to their User Details page.

Click Delete.

Click Delete again to confirm.
It is possible to delete a number of users at the same time.
- Click Users on the left navigation pane.
- Make sure that the Users tab is selected.
- Make sure that you select the list view.

Find and select the users you wish to delete.
Tick the checkbox at the beginning of each user row in the list.
