Viewing User Activity Logs

View a history of user activity within Sonitrol CORE. This history or user activity log can be easily searched.

Activity logs can be accessed from the System Features page or by clicking Audit Trail which is available on the action bar of a number of different pages within Sonitrol CORE.

1. Click System on the left navigation pane.
2. Click Features on the top navigation bar.

3. In the User Menu section, click Activity Logs.

   The Activity Logs page displays.

4. Filter the information that is displayed by selecting either to:

   • Display All
   • only Operator activities
   • only Access activities.

5. Find specific user activities by:

   1. Selecting an option from the drop-down list to Filter by.
   2. Entering your search text in the field.

6. For a listed item on the activity log, click View Details at the end of the item row, to display the details of the changes that were made.

   The previous value and the new value are listed side by side for a each changed property.
