Making Changes to an Operator Role

  1. Click Users on the left navigation pane.
  2. Click the Roles tab.
  3. Expand the Operator Role option.
  4. Find and select the operator role profile you wish to make changes to.
  5. Click Edit on the selected tile.

    or

    Click Actions icon. on the tile, then select Edit.

    The Edit Role page displays.

  6. Enter a different Role Name for the operator role.
  7. Change the Assign Schedule, if needed.

    1. Click + at the end of the field to display the Add Schedule dialog box.
    2. Find the schedule you wish to assign to the operator role.
    3. Click Select on the schedule tile.
    4. To delete the schedule chosen, click Delete icon. in the Assign Schedule field.
  8. The Organization field is read only and cannot be changed.
  9. In the Capabilities section, change the access to various system functions, as needed.

  10. Click Update.
