Blocking a User's Credentials

1. Click Users on the left navigation pane.
2. Make sure that the Users tab is selected.
3. Make sure that you select the tile view.
4. Find the user's profile which includes the credentials you wish to block.
5. Click the user's tile to go to their User Details page.
6. Scroll to the Credential section.

7. Click on the selected credential tile, then choose Block from the context menu.

   Blocked is displayed on the credential tile on the user's User Details page. It is also displayed on the user's tile on the Users page.
