Activating a User's Blocked Credential

  1. Click Users on the left navigation pane.
  2. Make sure that the Users tab is selected.
  3. Make sure that you select the tile view.
  4. Find the user's profile which includes the credentials which have been blocked and now are to be activated.
  5. Click the user's tile to go to their User Details page.
  6. Scroll to the Credential section.
  7. Click Actions icon. on the selected credential tile, then choose Activate from the context menu.
