Events and Reporting
Generic device events include:
- device tamper
- gateway offline / online
- device offline / online
- device restart
- device storage full.
Access control events include:

abnormal temperature |
When someone has a high (or low) temperature - usually for high temperature or fever detection. If the device is in access control thermal mode, the user ID is included in the event. |

no face mask |
When someone is not wearing a face mask and should be. If the device is in access control thermal mode, the user ID is included in the event. |
|
authentication unsuccessful |
When the face / card were not recognized. |
|
face and card mismatch |
When the device is in Card and Face mode. When the card is scanned and the face does not match the one associated with the card. |
Authentication of successful events comes from the S1000 Controller.
