Custom Report Templates
A number of default advanced report templates (for example, Visits Report) are made available for you to use and customize as needed.
The default advanced report templates cannot be changed. To customize a default advanced template, make a copy of it then change the copy to suit your needs.

Alarms |
Tip: You must have rules set up with actions of an alarm kind. The default alarms rule does this. Reports events that created alarms. Active and suspended alarms are reported. Also includes alarms closed by operaotrs. |

Audit |
Reports access operations (swiping cards, etc), operation action (changing settings in Sonitrol CORE), logging in to Sonitrol CORE, etc. Basically, any action that has been done by a user. |

Door Access |
Reports users who have gone through doors. It is possible to report all users who have gone through a specific door or which door the user has gone through. |

Events |
List of events associated with the controller. |

Location Access |
Tip: You must have a location set up to use this report template effectively. For this report the location must have an IN and OUT reader. List users who have swiped IN and OUT of all configured locations. |

Location Access - Roll Call |
Tip: You must have a location set up to use this report template effectively. This report is similar to a mustering report. It list all users who are still on site and have not swiped out of an site. This report is especially useful when an emergency evacuation of a site is required. |

Location Access - Time and Attendance |
Tip: You must have a location set up to use this report template effectively. Report on the duration a user was at a specific site on a particular day. |

Site Configuration Changes |
Reports changes made to all the devices in the controller. The report includes details of the previous value, current value, user who made the changes, and when the changes were made. Devices that are deleted will not show historical changes in the report. |

States |
The controller state - controller is offline, inputs isolated/tamper, devices offline, areas armed/disarmed. |

User Access Rights |
What areas, doors and floors users can access. |
|
User Activity |
Similar to the Audit Report, but displays information in chronological time. |

Visits |
A record of your visitors. |

Click Reports on the left navigation pane.
By default, the Reports tab is displayed.

Click Advanced Reports on the top navigation pane.
The advanced report templates are displayed.
New default advanced report templates are continually being created to enable you to get started easily and to use them as a starting point in creating other custom reports that better suit your needs.

Select an available advanced report.
- Make a copy of the advanced report template.
- Rename the copy.
- Click the copy of advanced report template to open it in the Preview page.
- Click ... at the end of the Date Range field to use the calendar or quick access date range options.
- Click Submit.
The following actions are available for advanced reports.
To access the available actions, click
on title bar of an advanced report tile then select an option from the context menu.
