Updating Visitor Details
- From the left navigation pane, click Users.

From the top navigation bar, click Visitors.

Find the visitor's record you wish to update.
There are two ways you can do this:
Search by keyword
Enter the visitor's name or a defining word about the visitor in the Search by keyword field.
or
Search by scan
Scan the visitor's identification (for example, drivers' license) using an ID Camera.
Click Scan Now when the visitor's identification is placed in an ID Camera.
If the search results returns a match for the visitor, select their tile.

Review their details at the Review Visitor Details step.
If all the details are still valid for the Visitor Information and Identification Information sections, click Next.
If some details are not valid, correct or add the extra or missing information then click Next.
- At the Check In step, review the Visitor Access Verification section.

If you are updating the visitor's details for a future visit, click Reset.
If the visitor is present for a visit and you are updating their details, continue to the next step.

In the Visit Information section:

Take a photograph of the visitor.
You can click Use Scan Documents, if the visitor's identification document includes an image of the visitor.
or
Click anywhere in the Capture Image box to upload a photo of the visitor from a file or use your computer's webcam to take a photograph of the visitor. Save the photo.
- Click Next.
- Enter the Purpose of the visit.
- Click Next.

Select the Duration of the visit.
Select one of the default options.
Or choose Custom to enter the From and To dates and times or use the calendar.
- Click Next.

Find and select the main person with whom the visitor will be interacting with, during their visit.
Select the checkbox(es) next to the person's/peoples name to assign them to the visitor.
Select the Click to notify the host checkbox to inform the assigned person/people that the visitor has arrived.
- Click Next.
- Click Add Credential to assign the visitor's credentials using the enrollment wizard.

- Click Reset.
