Including a Visitor

If a visitor has previously been excluded, their visiting privileges can be reinstated.

  1. From the left navigation pane, click Users.
  2. From the top navigation bar, click Visitors.

  3. Find the visitor's existing record.

    Enter the visitor's name or a defining word about the visitor in the Search by keyword field.

  4. Select the visitor's tile in the search results.
  5. At the Review Visitor Details step, click Remove from Exclusion List.

    The Excluded watermark is removed from across the Visitor Information section.

  6. Click Reset.
