Customizing Forms
You can customize the layout and input fields of certain system forms to suit your business requirements.
- Click System on the left navigation pane.
- Click Features on the top navigation bar.

In the System Menu section, click Forms.
The Forms page displays.
Only forms with an Edit button can be customized.

Click Edit for the form you wish to customize.
The Edit Form page displays.

To add fields to the form:
- Drag-and-drop a field listed in the right pane into a position within the form area.

In the Edit mode section, enter the Display Name and Default Value.
- To make this field read only, turn on the Read Only toggle. This field will not be editable on the form.
- To make this field hidden, turn on the Hidden toggle. The hidden form field can be used to pass a value to a property without filling in the field in the form.
- The Preview mode shows how the field will appear on the form. Click Apply if you want to include the field to the form.
- Click Remove instead of Apply if you wish not to include the field.

To make changes to existing fields on the form:
- Hover your mouse over the field, then click Edit in the top right-hand corner.
- Make your changes.
- Click Apply.

To delete fields from the form:
- Hover your mouse over the field, then click Delete in the top right-hand corner.
- Click Update.
