Initial Setup

1. Run Sonitrol CORE Web Installer Setup v#.exe as an administrator.

   Right-click the Sonitrol CORE Web Installer Setup v#.exe file then select Run as administrator from the context menu.

2. On the Welcome screen, tick the Load Offline Images checkbox.

   Note: The offline images must be the same version as the installer. So offline images included in the installer package are most likely to be the ones used.

3. Click Options on the Welcome screen.

   The Setup Options screen displays.

   1. Enter or browse to the Install Location of the directory containing the Sonitrol CORE Server files.

   2. In the Health Monitoring Settings section, basic health monitoring of Sonitrol CORE is configured using a Windows console application.

      Note: Health monitoring services do not run if a SMTP Server is not configured.

      Field	Description
      SMTP Server	Enter the address of the email server.
      SMTP Port	Enter the port number of the email server.
      Username	Enter the username of the gateway on the SMTP Server.
      Password	Enter the associated password for the username of the email account.
      Email To	Enter the email address where error messages are to be emailed.

   3. Click OK.

   The installer setup starts.

4. Wait until the progress bar is complete.

5. Click Launch on the Installation Successfully Completed screen.

   The Web Installer displays in your default browser.

   If a Health Monitoring SMTP account has been setup, a PowerShell screen displays.

   Note: Do not close the Health Monitor Setup screen.
